Cancellation Policy:

Registration and payment must be made no later than February 7, 2026.
Cancellations made on or before February 7, 2026 receive a full refund minus a $50 fee
Cancellations made bewtween February 7, 2026 and February 28, 2026 will receve a 50% refund minus a $50 fee.
We are unable to provide a refund for cancellations made after February 28, 2026.
If you switch your registration from onsite to commuter after February 28, 2026, there will be no refund for the difference in registration.
Registrations are non-transferable. If you cancel your registration, American Pilgrims on the Camino will solicit attendees from any existing waitlist.

Payment online by credit card only.

Registrants assume full responsibility for personal loss or injury. We recommend you purchase trip insurance.

Registration for this event constitutes acknowledgement that events may be recorded and/or photographed and consent that any such materials may include images or recordings of you and any of the materials may subsequently be used for promotional purposes by American Pilgrims on the Camino.
